Purchase Help

If a non-consumable purchase does not appear after buying:

  1. Open the in-game Shop.
  2. Tap Restore.
  3. Confirm the device is signed in to the same platform account that made the purchase.
  4. Restart the app and check the Shop again.

Consumable Juice boosts are applied once and are not restored after use. On iOS, billing, refunds, and payment issues are handled by Apple through App Store purchase history and Apple Support.

Fruit Worlds

Fruit worlds are not purchase-only. The game shows earned unlock progress and Juice requirements in the Fruit Worlds screen. The Fruit Pass is an optional shortcut for selected worlds.

Local Saves

The current mobile build uses local device saves. Deleting the app, resetting local progress, changing devices without restore support, or operating-system data cleanup may remove local progress.

Game Center

Game Center sign-in is optional. If Game Center does not appear or does not update immediately, confirm Game Center is available for the app version and that the device is signed in to Game Center.
