These Terms of Use apply to the iOS, Android, and other mobile versions of Lemon Clicker Inc.

Using The Game

Lemon Clicker Inc is an idle clicker game. You may use the app for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and the rules of the platform where you downloaded it.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, interfere with, or misuse the app, platform purchase systems, or game economy.

Local Progress

The current mobile build stores game progress locally on your device. Local progress may be lost if the app is deleted, local data is reset, the device is lost, or the operating system removes app data.

In-App Purchases

The app may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are not required to play.

On iOS, purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Refunds, billing issues, Family Sharing availability, and purchase history are handled under Apple's App Store terms and policies.

Current mobile purchase types include non-consumable boosts and passes that can be restored where supported by the platform, consumable Juice boosts that are applied once and are not restored after use, and optional fruit-world shortcuts. Fruit worlds also remain earnable in game through gameplay progress and Juice requirements.

The current mobile build does not sell randomized paid rewards, loot boxes, Golden Seeds, or loss/spoilage-triggered paid prompts.

Game Center

Game Center is optional. If enabled by the player, Apple may display achievements, leaderboards, and related Game Center information under Apple's Game Center rules.

Availability And Changes

Game tuning, product names, prices, rewards, visuals, and features may change over time. Platform stores may also change taxes, local prices, availability, or purchase rules.

Ownership

The app, code, game design, artwork, audio, and related content are owned by their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.

No Warranty

The app is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, Lemon Clicker Inc disclaims warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lemon Clicker Inc and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
